- Client: The individual, company, or entity purchasing Sirat Graphics’ services.
- Licensor: Sirat Graphics (registered at S12, Cattle Park, Urdu Bazar, Lahore, Pakistan).
- Services: All creative, design, and branding solutions offered by Sirat Graphics, including but not limited to website design, web development, advertising, logo design, brochure creation, corporate identity, pharmaceutical design, banner/poster printing, and website redesign.
- Personal Data: Information identifiable to you (e.g., name, email, phone number, payment details).
- Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, content, and materials created or provided by Sirat Graphics.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Data Collection & Usage
At Sirat Graphics, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide our services:

4. Terms of Service
4.1 Scope of Services
Sirat Graphics offers a wide range of creative and technical services tailored to meet your specific needs:
- Website Design & Development: Custom websites built from scratch, including e-commerce platforms, corporate websites, and landing pages.
- Branding & Identity: Logo design, corporate identity, and brand strategy to help you establish a strong market presence.
- Advertising & Marketing: Creative ad design, banner/poster printing, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Pharmaceutical Design: Specialized design solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, including packaging, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Website Redesign: Revamp existing websites to improve user experience, functionality, and aesthetics.
Service Customization:
- All our services are bespoke and tailored to your unique requirements. We do not sell pre-made templates or generic solutions.
4.2 Payment Terms & Deposits
50% Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence all projects. This deposit secures your project slot and covers initial costs.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are released.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
Late Payments:
- Projects may be paused or delayed if payments are overdue. Interest may be charged on overdue invoices at a rate of 2% per month.
4.3 Project Modification & Cancellation
Pre-Project Changes: Any modifications to the project scope, features, or designs must be submitted in writing (via email) for approval. No additional cost will be incurred for changes made before the project starts.
Post-Project Changes: Requests for additional functionality or design changes after the project has commenced will be subject to additional fees, quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations:
- Before Project Start: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- After Project Start: Non-refundable; the deposit covers work completed to date.
Project Delays:
- Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., late feedback, missing assets) may result in project extensions or additional fees.
4.4 Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds are only available for unused, pre-paid services. Deposits are non-refundable.
Exclusions: Custom designs, intellectual property transfers, and client-caused delays are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
4.5 Intellectual Property & Licensing
Ownership: Sirat Graphics retains all rights to the original designs and content created during the project.
License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to the client for approved use of the deliverables.
Portfolio Use: We may feature your project in our portfolio and marketing materials. You may opt-out of this by providing written notice.
Third-Party Assets:
- Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, fonts) used in the project remain the property of their respective owners.
4.6 Liability & Disclaimers
Warranty: Our services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability Limits: Our maximum liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Indemnification:
- You agree to indemnify and hold Sirat Graphics harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of this Agreement.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 Types of Disputes
Disputes may arise from:
- Payment Issues: Invoices, refunds, or chargebacks.
- Service Quality: Dissatisfaction with deliverables or project outcomes.
- Intellectual Property: Unauthorized use of designs or content.
- Contractual Breaches: Violation of any terms outlined in this Agreement.
5.2 Resolution Process
Initial Contact: Notify us in writing (via email) within 30 days of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
Mediation: If unresolved, both parties may engage a neutral mediator. Mediation costs will be shared equally.
Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Pakistan Federal Ombudsman.
Court Proceedings: As a last resort, disputes may be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Dispute Documentation:
- All correspondence and documentation related to the dispute must be preserved for legal proceedings.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
